ABOUT Experience Strength & Hope (ESH)

Experience Strength & Hope (ESH) is a Newsletter of the OA Foot Steps Intergroup #09706. The Newsletter has been around for over a half a decade. Our format has changed over the years but our mission has remained the same;

Mission Statement: The ESH Committee is In keeping with Overeaters Anonymous’ Newsletter guidelines1 and the Twelve Traditions and Concepts of OA, the Experience, Strength and Hope {ESH} Newsletter Committee is dedicated to the ongoing development of an online newsletter, and the maintenance and development of content as it relates to recovery in OA.

Our primary purpose is to carry the message to the compulsive eater who still suffers.

The ESH Committee meets weekly on Sunday at 9 am Eastern Time, 6 weeks before our Editions go out on the 14th of April, July & November. Our meetings are Posted on the OA Foot Steps Calendar. Our Agenda/Minutes
