Hi! I’m Andres, a grateful human being, compulsive eater in recovery. Just for today. I love this program with all of my heart.
When I joined in 2021, my life was truly drastically unmanageable. I was lost in the tides of my disease. A year later, I found my home group OA Creative Reprieve 🫶🏻🌈🫂 I have been there for 4 years and counting. I learned to use the medium of coloring, creating sticker collage books, and using the tool of writing to help and ease my compulsive food behaviors. Now I am 5 years sober and it feels so great. There is nothing impossible my higher power can’t do. I learned that I can call a fellow when I have the urge to overeat.
Now I am actually on step 5 again and using the tools to the best of my ability🫶🏻
