How does your Higher Power show up for you?
My higher power continues to remove my need for food as a solution to life. As long as I follow directions.
– Katya
It shows up in the most unlikely of circumstances and with many surprises. I really look forward to having my HP run the show for me. I just love when I relax, get out of the way and let my HP do its thing. Sometimes, I want to take back control but then I remember that whatever my HP has in store is going to be so much better than what I ever could have managed or controlled except it would have been a lot more stress, if I had try to do it myself.

My Higher Power shows up for me in the quiet moments, when I pause and breathe. In those spaces, I often feel a sense of calm and reassurance that I am not alone.

I experience my Higher Power through other people, especially in meetings or outreach calls. Sometimes someone shares exactly what I need to hear, and it feels like it was meant just for me.

At times, my Higher Power shows up as a gentle pause before I react, giving me the chance to choose differently instead of acting from old patterns. I notice it as a soft inner knowing, guiding me when I’m willing to listen. Even when I feel overwhelmed, I find strength I didn’t think I had, and a sense of peace that isn’t dependent on what’s happening around me.
