If nothing changes, nothing changes!

self-love

If nothing changes, nothing changes! Such an incredible truth! This program is all about being willing to change, changing how I am, at the very core of my being. It is a fearless approach to acknowledging my defects, the resentments that I nursed deep within myself like a precious pearl in my shell. It is the willingness to be honest with myself, my sponsor, and with all those I have harmed, and to ask my Higher Power for the recovery I need to put myself right.

I can’t expect myself to be true to this recovery for the rest of my life, but I can commit to today. Today, I can love myself and my body, and treat myself with kindness and love. I have a better understanding of what works for me, and how best to work with those around me.

I am my own best friend!
