This Concept is about clear roles—both legal and spiritual. The Trustees make decisions that protect OA as a nonprofit organization 🧾. The Conference speaks for the Fellowship through Tradition 🕊️. This “both/and” approach isn’t just for leadership—it’s for us, too. In recovery, we grow when we commit to both structure and grace, both effort and letting go. Balance is how we live these truths side by side.
