Step 5 Integrity

Step 5: “Admitted to God, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.” Spiritual Principle: Integrity

This is where our written inventory from Step Four becomes lived experience. 📝 In sharing our Fifth Step with another person, we practice trust, courage, and responsibility. 🤝 This is not a confession for punishment—it’s an act of ownership. 💪

The process helps us release guilt and identify harmful patterns that need attention. 🚪 Integrity means not hiding from the truth anymore, even when it’s uncomfortable. 😬 This is how transformation begins.
