We, here at Experience, Strength & Hope Newsletter, support these principles to the fullest extent possible on all the avenues of this website. This document is intended to encapsulate the latest information required to safeguard the privacy and security of personal information of all those who visit our site.

COMMENTS:
We do not permit visitors to leave comments on any of the posts listed this site, therefore we are not collecting any data.

SUBMISSIONS:
We do, however, collect personal information as it pertains to submitting an article for the purpose of publication through the use of Google Forms. We retain this information in a secured location for legal purposes only. On the newsletter directly, we only post the first name and initial of the submitter, and only by request. We do not include any other personal information on the post. Any submission can be placed online signed by ‘anonymous’, which is very much in keeping with our Traditions. An item can be removed from the website, and from our database, at anytime. Please email [email protected] with any requests, concerns or questions you might have.

MEDIA:
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can possibly download and extract any location data from images on the website.
