In Overeaters Anonymous, Tradition 2 reminds us that our indvidual efforts to support unity and shared purpose in OA aligns us with our Higher Power. It says, “For our group purpose, there is but one ultimate authority—a loving God as He may express Himself in our group conscience.” In OA, we aim for group decisions that come from collective wisdom and are guided by trust. And everyone is welcome to participate because “The only requirement for OA membership is a desire to stop eating compulsively.” Recovery starts when we trust the process. 💛 Learn more at oa.org/group.
