- How do we promote the time and meeting place of our group so that other compulsive eaters might wish to attend.
- What does our group do to inform the public about the program of Overeaters Anonymous?
- Our motto is attraction rather than promotion. In what ways are we making our OA recovery attractive, that it might attract other compulsive eaters who still suffer?
- Does our over-enthusiasm about the OA program put people off at all?
- Do we avoid using members’ faces and names in stories that might be shared with reporters, or when we are writing about it ourselves?
- How does our group provide information regarding our Eleventh Tradition to the local news media?
- Do we ask that all members remain anonymous in any news story that is presented about OA?
- When using social media, are we careful to protect our personal anonymity, and other OA members, when we use social media?
- Is our group willing to speak up on behalf of the Eleventh Tradition whenever we might witness it being ignored?
