A Higher Place {HP} Prayer

I seek a Higher Place
Upon which to perch my being.
I rest my thoughts upon You,
Sweet solace of my soul,
As You gift me with joy through adversity
As You comfort my heart through tribulation
As you dispel my fears and insecurities,
Allowing me to rest in your embrace
No matter what the discomfort.
Your infinite grace flows through me
As I navigate life’s challenges,
As I strive to be kind and compassionate,
As I seek your wisdom in all things,
Allowing me to trust myself through your love.
I commit myself to you, this day and all my days,
That we might walk together along this path
Encompassed by the serenity of your presence.

Let it be so!
