This edition of our newsletter is focused on diversity. Diversity in all senses of the word. The best definition I found and added to was – Diversity is the range of human differences, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical or mental ability or attributes, religious or ethical values system, national origin, cultural and political beliefs.
I was inspired to hear from our membership on their concept of diversity. It helps us learn from each other and understand that everyone is unique and special in their own way. And nowhere is it more evident than in OA Foot Steps. I had so much fun and was touched by everyone’s story.
I hope you will enjoy the stories and experience, strength and hope from our fellows. Thanks to all that shared. And a big thank you to our amazing illustrator, Mike.
